Information for an Emergency
In the first instance
If you are already receiving support from mental health services you should follow your care plan. Your plan will include details of who you can contact in a crisis. If you can't find your care plan, then you should contact your community mental health team and ask for your care co-ordinator.

If you feel you need to speak with someone urgently, the following services offer a crisis helpline and support:

Samaritans
The Samaritans offer a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year helpline. The number is 116 123 from any phone. Or you can email them at [email protected]
